The initiative is articulated in a time frame of 7 years, from 2009 to 2015.
Conventions, workshops, guided tours and special events are organized each year:
- In April, during Culture Week;
- In September, during European Heritage Days.
2009 and 2010
Renovation of XV and XVI century factories.

2011 and 2012
Renovation of XVII and XVIII century buildings.
Restoration works as source of historical debate. Milan between the XVII and XVIII century: the second birth of the town, that is from Spaniards to Austrians, from Baroque to Neoclassicism.
2013 and 2014
Renovation of XIX and XX century buildings.
The XIX and the XX century, with the Industrial Revolution, witness the growth of the town and the continuation of the debate on restoration as source of historical discussion.
2015: during Expo
Tourist and cultural itineraries to Milan historical buildings, to discover Milan as an art town. Conventions and events to promote the excellence of Milanese entrepreneurship in the restoration industry.
