Restoration and valorisation works

The restoration involved the entire cathedral, including the church building and the bell tower completing  interventions already begun in the 90s affecting however only the interiors and the adjacent chapel of Addolorata.
Cathedral restoration involved both monumental and structural aspects; decorations, paintings and wooden furniture refurbishment, as well as upgrading of technological installations.
