Preservation of external façades 

The state of degradation of  the external façades of Cusani palace were due to the natural ageing of the materials affecting  both plasters  and stone shapes. Interventions on plasters aimed at  preserving all  mortars that were cleaned and stabilized. Paintings were carried out  renovating the original colors by means of transparent coatings, applied through consecutive glazings.
The detached stone parts were renovated and secured, and the sediments removed, paying particular attention to surfaces and to their patina over time.
